I am SO excited to be sharing the Mile’s wedding with you on my first ever blog post!! It was a beautiful, warm summer day. The whole day was full of laughs and sunshine!
One of my very favorite parts of weddings are the special details. I love traditions, trinkets, and just unique moments that make every wedding special! One of those for Mallorie was that she decided to have her wedding at the same place her mom and step-dad got married eighteen years ago! The Villa Katherine in Quincy, Illinois is certainly one of a kind and I enjoyed getting to explore and shoot Mallorie and Clayton’s big day there!
Their outdoor ceremony was sunny and intimate. The reception was just across the lawn in a beautifully decorated tent complete with a popcorn bar. The summer breeze and the sun going down over the Mississippi made for a perfect day for Clayton and Mallorie!! Here’s to wishing you two a lifetime of happiness together!
